Pros: + Great, easy to use website + Fast delivery + High standards for device refurbishment + Good prices

Cons: - You're buying a second hand device so the touchpad and keyboard may be a bit worn

Story: When I originally wrote my review my device wasn't operating as expected and was losing charge at an alarming rate. They got in contact and were very interested in assisting me. I fiddled around a bit and fixed the problem, which I don't believe is something that they could have caused. Some packaging paper got in under the battery causing it to work erratically. They followed up and have been very good at communicating.

I would certainly order from them again.
