I purchased a laptop and it arrived promptly in perfect condition. I placed the laptop in the laptop bag supp**** but it fell and cracked the cover and broke the hinge. I contacted Super Communications and told them the truth and they told me to send it back. They replaced the damaged parts and couriered it back to me all at no charge. I highly recommend this company especially to anyone who would like to see, experience, and be guaranteed of some friendly, authentic customer care and satisfaction. What a company!
