At first, being a self-proclaimed tech guy, I was hesitant in purchasing a second-hand device (since there's skepticism in buying previously owned products). However, even after a million and one emails, Super Communications were able to allay my worries and delivered beyond their promise. The laptop I bought was essentially new, and was in the right shape to be used out the box. Apart from the well aforementioned minor scuffs you need to expect when getting a second-hand device, the condition in general was just superb
