I ordered laptops from them, and they were so helpful. The lady even helped me afterhours and before hours to ensure the best experience. They are definitely my company's new service provider. We did have a hiccup with the one laptop and they were more than ready to assist, collect, diagnose the issue and return the laptop after repairs. Really Great Customer Service.
