Before placing my order, I researched Super Communications on the web. All seemed fine, they appeared to be a reputable company. Having placed my order, I had immediate comms from the company, keeping me informed of my order delivery status. Upon delivery I received relevant warranty documentation and unique code 109203. All worked well. However, I suspect that something occurred in transit. The unit worked well, but had a charging problem. I reported the problem to Claudette at Super Communications' sales division. She acted promptly, had the laptop collected, and speedily repaired it whilst staying in touch and reporting on the diagnosis. Turn-around time was super fast and staff were extremely courteous and efficient in handling the entire process. Laptop has been received in top condition, I am super impressed with the machine which looks like new. I confidently recommend this company to anyone wishing to save on the purchase.
