Wrong pay outs

My account is a mess ,I ve been phoning since 12pm no 1 seem to understand and help , now I can't even bet . I have been using the bonus of Tues for last two yrs and this is worse situation I ever encountered. One of your betting agent said , odd of 1.10 with stake of R700 , potential winning is R770. I know is R1400 plus. Now tell me how I win R70 rands on odd of 1.10 betting stake of R700,? Immidiately after that I placed bet of R770 my bet won I was paid R430 , how is possible I get paid less than stake on winning bet. ? Now i can't place any bet using bonus .pls help . I'm still waiting for betting agent to call that what I was told like about 1hr ago. Pls assist.

Someone made a mess of my account now u call and talk to me like I don't know what talking about. You make stupid whereas your agents are *********** and rude. I'll be waiting for better response.
