Worst service by higher management disgusting
As a customer you expect to be assisted but to supabets MANAGEMENT they don’t give 2 ****s.

Voucher serial number was not visible.
I called the call centre 3 hours no one has assisted.

Please note that since last night both our call center team and Malcom from the Bookmakers have tried several times to contact you on the number you used on when you opened your Supabets account, and the reason for our call is to inform you that according to our system that same voucher you bought on the 24/08/2021 was actually sold to another user prior to you purchasing it which shows that it was already redeemed on the 20th of August 2021. We strongly advise you to visit the supplier of the voucher to find out as to what transpired.
