WORST CUSTOMER EVER

Their customer service is super bad and super frustrating. I have to fica again and I just fica'd in June. It's day 3 and they are still waiting for my fica documents despite me sending it 4 different times and speaking to consultants. I am divorced so I now use my ****en surname. I sent a copy of my ID and my final Decree of divorce to validate this. I get a message stating they are STILL waiting for fica documents along with a link to explain what fica is.. how rude is it to treat customers as if they are illiterate. It's best to close this account and stick to hollywoodbets and lotto star because their customer service and level of understanding is on point
