Won wager but they say it's a losing one.

Look at all your losing wagers. I won a wager and then they said its a loss. I contacted support via the email address and all they can say is we sent your query to the relevant team to address and nothing happens. They are quick to take losing wagers but when it's a win, it takes them years to resolve. I would like wager S1AATCZCC-50527 to be check again as the results were under 5 runs and not over. Please get this rectified!
