Withdrawal request Delay
EFT withdrawal request was submitted an hour ago, website advises processing time takes an hour however I haven't even received an approval sms as yet.

31 Aug 2023, 09:14I have submitted 3 EFT withdrawals last night and 1 this morning, none of them have been approved. Called the call center and was advised I'd receive the approval sms' s which I still haven't.
