withdrawal not paid

i made an EFT withdrawal from supabets to be paid into my account on Saturday, till today they have not paid my money, i have been sending them emails for someone to assist but all they say is that it has been escalated to the relavant department, every consultant that responds to my query says that but nothing has been done, it looks like they do not know what they are doing, or their withdrawal department doesnt care about the clients, today i was told x 6 times already that they are escalating and here i am still waiting, i needed to use the money for other things but they have inconvenienced me and not even apologetic about it, supabets is very bad in service
