Withdrawal never reflected on my bank account but taken out of supabets account, no response from email and whatsapp support

I have requested R1500.00 WITHDRAWAL on the 7th funds were taken out of my subapet account but till to date not reflected in my bank account and it over 48Hrs now, I have done all the required process, and I've been writing my enquiry on the whatsapp line thy Read and do not respond, I've sent bunch of emails to them not getting any response i am curious where my funds were taken too since not in my bank account and not reflected on supabets profile and No one is willing to Attend to my query
