Withdrawal issues

I made a withdrawal of 400 rand and canceled it the amount was not credited back into my account I then made another 400 withdrawal and it was successful... I am unable to trace the other 400 which dissappeard I've spoken to several consultants however I have not received the funds nor have they been credited back into my account.... This is really dissatisfying because I always have issues when it comes to withdrawals and consultants always tell you different things before an issue is resolved.
