Withdrawal Issue

I loaded a voucher yesterday and I won some money from playing with my voucher money loaded and then requested a EFT withdrawal this morning just to be told about the technical issue of Saturday but why should this affect my withdrawal of today that has nothing to do at all with Saturday's issue. My funds should be paid to me. All answers I am getting is all withdrawals is on hold for now until further notice with no indication of when. There should be a notification loaded on the Supabet site informing us to then also not deposit or buy vouchers to play because now we can't get our money and could have used that to play on other site. It is not fair!!!
