WITHDRAWAL HASSSLES

I have registered for online betting with Supabets but when it was time for me to withdraw my winnings, my withdrawal request was called, by who I don't know and now the money is nowhere to be found. I tried querying the matter, they are busy telling that the money was reversed back into my Supabets account but when I login and check if the money was reversed, there's no money that was reversed and they claim that I used the money for betting lotto. So their online betting system is too weak to a point that it can be hacked into.
