Withdrawal

The service I am getting from Supabet's staff is appalling , In February I made a big deposit and had a change of heart ,tried withdrawing my money and was told I cannot withdraw my deposit.

After having to speak to someone in charge I was advised to wait 30 days and then withdraw ,to my surprise the withdrawal still gets rejected because I am not "allowed to withdraw my deposit".

I decided to play Powerball and won ,I am now trying to withdraw my winnings and I am still told "I cannot withdraw from my deposit" and these are now winnings .I can safely say I'm not the only one this company is doing this to and I am up to my eyes with this Company ,I want my money!.
