wish they could help me

Supabet branch on Field street Durban they have this space between escalators and wall ,Space that shouldn't be there,so saturday 12/05/2018 i was visiting the branch as always ,it was busy as always so on the escalators to guys started pushing and arguing because one knocked the other guy while moving on escalators we were not paying attention to them until they started pushing as if there were gonna fight one guy push the other so hard it knocked my phone into the whole ,me and my friends we took the guy to the securities and explained what happened and they called the manager who tried to help but with no luck,after some investigation i came across other people who have lost their assest on that whole as well phone and matric certificate and one guy who lost his id there ,so i wrote an email tp management explaining they responded and even offered to assist ,days later the escalator that my companies device fell next too stoped working was told the guys were coming to fix it and since they already coming they mind as well take out my device ,so one of my friends that i was with on the day went there because asked him to,he found one guy working on the escallators he asked if he will open the side of the whole he was told no that need extra hands a second man to pull that job if the technician was told about the device he would have brought extra hands,later on the day i got an email saying that the technician said that would harm the escallators if they tried taking our stuffs out ,i was surprised since i am desperate ,i foun guys working the escalators on my work premises ask they they working for the same company that works with supabet ,one guy took me there showed him where my phone fell he said that wouldnt harm anthing ,it an hour job or less ,i was surprised,the problem that device its company property and it has memory card filled with clients work i would never find any wehre i work for entertainment company we do videos,record etc so had datt memory card on my device that day so i could email it to my work address,i could losse my job if the management could know that work is no longer available ,i know its not there fault but we customers we cant keep lossing things on the fault escalators and nothing gets done i know there more people who lost stuffs there as i have found morethan 5 now ...i am disappointed and i will loss my job
