Winning Withdrawal requests

I have made a withdrawal request using FNB sparkle.till now I have been unable to get my winning.I have approached FNB to get my ewallet transaction report,which I have emailed back to supabets,but the only thing I am getting is silence of death.

I am really very disappointed
