WINNING TICKET ENQUIRY

So, on Thursday night while sleeping, 09 November 2017 i dreamt about the South Africa vs Senegal match, dreamt the full time score(0-2) exactly as it happened,i woke up yesterday with the urge of wanting to test the waters, i went to Superbets Sunnyside (Pretoria) after work and placed a R50 bet on the game above, being a first time for me there(placing a bet),i asked one of the guys who worked there to help me place the bet with the clear instructions of a fulltime score of a 2-0 in favour of Senegal, the guy did as i asked( i have his name on my payout receipt),he even jokingly said to me that if i win,i should thank him with R1000, this was after he confirmed to me that according to the ticket, if it happened as i had predicted, i was going to pocket a cool R461k. Let me just say, when the final whistle blew, i couldn't my luck....Until i returned there (Superbets,Sunnyside) this morning with my winning ticket to claim my BIG prize, let me just say I was paralyzed from the waist with numbness as the lady on the other side gave me a mere R512.50, i was confused yet numb, first thing that came into my mind was " is that all?",i was expecting to be called into the manager's office for them to get my banking details and all but, i don't know how this works, i don't even know whether if it was an oversight from me or the employee who helped me place the bet, either way i would appreciate it if i could know for sure that what i was paid was indeed what appeared on my winning ticket ,just clarification, not accusing anyone of anything here, just an inquiry. Thank you
