Winning Bet Withdrawal

My girlfriend placed a bet using the bonus money that was allocated to her by Supabet amounting to R600.00, She fortunately won a ticket worth R3200. We have since tried to withdraw the winnings using the E-wallet service and we got the error message that she must first make a deposit of R3000.00. We tried to contact supabet on the below e-mail addresses ********** ********** and no body rep****.

We have sent them about six e-mails including whatsapp messages and we have not received any reply.

Could you please assist as we want to claim the winnings.
