why supabets making sure I cant win

so I have been a loyal customer with supabets for a while now. I've won a couple times and yes I understand its gambling so its not guaranteed. I've even helped them identify faults with their system which could have cost them millions in compensation if it wasn't identified so swiftly, and they only compensated me with a lousy R250 after I lost thousands because of that system glitch.

Anyways, since then I have not won 1 cent. I deposit thousands and thousands however I have won nothing, then they try to say that the error I picked up was a lie that i wrote a review on hello peter but I sent the proof to hello peter and they said I was right.

so why am I not winning anymore, I think its because i was the one who picked up the error then wrote a review about it. Yet I still deposit because I like the casino games
