Why does Supa bets bend the fica rules as they please.

I joined Supa bets a while back over a year ago. I started playing their slots online. I won a few times and withdrew amounts of more than R1000 a few times. No questions asked from Supa bets. Then i saw i had a Bonus of R50 and coudnt play it. I queried it from the online chat from Supa bets. I was told due to my acc not being fica i cant play R50 bonus. Yet you allow me to withdraw thousands of rands on the same acc. Very strange rules. Well ive send my fica docs also still waiting. Dont know if ill go back to dupa bets after this.
