Website Down and off line for more then 12 hours and counting

Made a deposit on 26 August 2018..The money is still not showing... Whatsapp support unresponsive.. Then lastly the website has been down since 9:00pm 27 August 2018 until the 28 August 2018....I couldn't bet the real Madrid and Girona game plus many other live games on the site... How can a company that uses online facilities to place a bet become offline for two days and you can't even access your deposited money... Pathetic...
