Waiting hours to credit

Hi, I just don't understand this. You make a direct deposit and the money reflects immediately into Supabets account but weekends, its takes 5 hours if not more to credit your account. What's worse you send the slip to deposit team like they say on the website but deposit team is so useless, they take there own time to credit and then all the sports events is finished. Why do you guys even have that email address in the first place? I get a sense that deposit team does things on purpose. The deposit team brings out the worst in a customer because there lack of customer service. Nevermind the chat on the website. Oh goodness, deposits and them work hand in hand! Get a proper manager to run that two places.
