Voided bet not returning my money

I placed a bet yesterday the game was voided on the same day. Supabets does not want to credit my money so that I can use it on another bet... It has been 24 hours.

Your support team is useless only Jared is great and I don't want to deal with none of you *********** team.

I spoke with Jared and told him to put it in writing. He confirmed that by 19:30 today the funds will be in my account. Jared please email me the confirmatiom as proof.
