VIP bonus with ****ty service n no T&cs

This morning I woke up with bonus balance of R1235 ...I never got it before ...I never received it b4 in the past 4 years been with Supabets ....I called in and asked Zama to call me back and he never did and I called ..I sent live chat messages asking about this money ...was told to send and email ...I did so and no one got back to me ......so I decided to use the money cause I can’t withdraw it and I don’t know what is it for ...and no one knows cause Supabets not replying or calling me back .

8 hours later I call in to ask abt the money I misused in my acc cause no one knows what is it for ....supavisor zwakhele told me they all know nothing about “VIP June bonus “ but will get back to me with terms and conditions . And yes he did ...

A rude agent by the name of Zamo called me and started reading our terms and conditions of what they call VIP Bonus ...I received it cause I was one of the top betters in the month of June ....

Supabets is this how u treat your VIP members ? I enquirered about this money and no one knew what is it for ...now am being told I was selected as a VIP member that is why o received it ? Why was I not informed on how this bonus works how do I get to withdraw ...so now I have to be disrespected by an agent shaving information into my mouth ?
