Very poor services

Supabets has poor services when it comes to withdrawals you wait for almost 2days for your withdrawal request to be approved but when you deposit it reflects immediately. I have requested withdrawals for almost four times but they declined i withdrew again they declined without any expllanation. when i made my last withdraws they take their time to either approve or decline it

When you try to raise your queries with their live chats agents you get cut off before you even finish the conversation then you have to start again and request for a new agent and start all over again to explain the problem your facing. And this live agents cut off the conversation wenever they wish.

She you send an email with a complaint it takes them forever to reply to your querie which is inconveniencing us as clients. Other betting apps attend to clients queries without a blink of an eye. Supabets has the poorest service I've ever experienced they enjoy our loss not our gain.

Definitively will delete my profile after they are done with assisting me on their own time.
