Very poor customer service

I open account with supabets a few months back.When i try to deposit it wil show a error message.I chat online with no help where one chat operater Buhle tells me to clear clashe on chrome and just send that end chat message.Without even asking if there something else .But i tried to log in with 3 phones but still same error.Then i tried whats app send a message at 14:00 to get rep**** at 20:45 at night.I rep**** to this chat operator Thekelo my problem then i get no reply.I have neva received so bad experience from any gambling site.There communication ia very poor
