It annoying to be sent from pillar to post for your withdrawals to be processed Bad experience ever with this company as from7h10 sending withdrawal request with my identity and bank statement. .after 4th e-mail I was advise to update my address as it not corresponding I have used this address from day 1 registering from the site;2months back i was asked the same thing I've send all the document all this happened when you are withdrawing funds.

What I would like to know what exactly the procedure to withdraw funds from Supabets? Because after I have sent proof of adress and certified identity the query was STATEMENT they don't want internet,arms statement but I've been using this statement for almost all my withdrawals is the procedure changed or what? Because your callcentre consultant failed to answer my questions and advise me to respond on e-mail to whoever requested me to resent the document. ..it not only undermining customers;but you don't value us as as well we using our time to scan e-mail those document our data as well at the end thy not valid ....last month I used exactly the same document that i can't use today to withdraw funds

Why you making us fools and not update your systems like any other betting companies e don't find such poor service at Hollywood; Marshall;Traford etc only SUPABET you have to go throu such headeck for withdrawal to be process or it their **** to delay us purposely what exactly needed on daily basis do I need to update address even thou nothing has changed? Do I have to send one document to be told the other one it also not correct. ...if Atm statement was allowed for the past 12months what has changed now?
