Useless

Hi Peter I made a deposit early morning around 8:30 (immediate payment) and they kept quiet I sent them proof of payment via email the guy said send a proof of payment which i already sent and i sent it again they were then quiet ... after a while I wrote another email still attaching proof of payment and one guy responded and said they still check the fica documents... for what? Coz it's not my 1st time depositing money and they always make delays. Imagine even now I wrote another mail and I'm the one who has to follow them always!

Supabets are quick to respond when they want proof but when I give them the documents then they just quiet no update, no bets, I'm stuck!

This team is really useless
