UNPAID SPARKLE WITHDRAWAL

I deposited money onto my Supabet account on sunday, i placed a bet and won. I have requested a withdrawal through SparkleFNB..Up to now i have not received my money, when i contact Supabet they send from pillar to post. I have called, whatsapped, emailed and still no help...Looks like they are good in taking our money but its a mission to withdraw.
