Unhelpful staff who take our money ********ly

I decided to try Supabets out. I had over R1000 in it last night, but today morning it has vanished. No one wants to help me. They are asking me to do the impossible by pressing buttons which don't exist on their screen. And when I asked for more help because there is NO MONEY left there, they are ignoring me. I am very angry because to me they are *********** people and *****ing their monies.
