Unhappy customer

I'm so disappointed with supabets services.your services is very poor ,I was talking to one of your agent on Facebook, his name is Eddie ,I needed help because I deposited 50 rand but didn't receive my free spin he ask for username and other relevant information in order to. Help me ,I did send every information he needed but he just look and the massage and don't respond at all.until now I didn't get help.your agent they are too lazy to do their jobs,they don't reply email nor whatsapp ,some left in the middle of our conversation and when they finally saw the massages they don't reply.
