Unfair payments .... this feels like *******

So my partner had 3 tickets with supabets, all 3 ticket winnings amounted to about R35 000, all tickets won and 3 teams were voided from the tickets due to the games being postponed. He tends to repeat team on various tickets.

Total odds of the voided 3 teams 0.81 * 1.17 * 0.86 = 0.82 or atleast that how i think they do the calcs. Then the payment was only R7000 from R35000.

Can someone please explain how does that happen. Because it seems like this is pure ****************, asseblief we need an explanation.
