Their call center agents have attitude when talking to clients them. I had ticket with 12 teams with a potential win of 1070/10.00R, R18.95 Bonus and 17.95 Odds then 3 teams where voided

After void as per the support team reply and what I have won

Final odds excluding void games: 1.29*1.52*1.35*1.23*1.4*1.25*1.75*1.32*1.44 = 19.00 (total odds) Stake: R10

Winnings: R10.00*19.00 = R190.00

10% Bonus= R19.00

Final win = R208.00
