it took supabets 2 months+ to assist me with accessing my bonus wallet. its now been months since i asked for feedback regarding their online slots games. the games seem to only spin with little to no payout. i have been playing the online slots now for a long time and after looking at my statements realize that their online slots are rigged into only taking money. you can play their slots for the whole month putting in thousands and they will never give you a proper payout, i havent had a proper payout or win for months and when you query, they ignore you, asking for your number and never call, i am still waiting for a call for 2 months now. i have already reported and requested an investigation from the NGB. i advise everyone experiencing this issue with supabets to report to the National Gambling Board as they cant be robbing people constantly and only taking their money and when you query, they just ignore you. i will be recording a video how their online slots just spin for 40-50 spins at a time and dont even pay a cent, will be posting the videos on as many online platforms as possible because they cant just be robbing people and ignoring them. from the looks of the bad reviews i advise to contact the NGB, if you require details please add chat to this post/review and i will send you guys the Nation Gambling Board details.
