That ***** and being dishonest

I placed the ticket at 15h13 and already at 15h15 it was a loosing ticket how. I'm told the game played at 14h00 whereas to me say the kickoff is at 15h15.

I attached the ticket for your attention since the bookmakers don't want to take the responsibility, all I want it my betting money coz it shows that they were something wrong with this game. U guys supposed to remove if it played at 14h00, why it was there at 15h15?

Supabets is becoming useless now, they failed even to resolve a minor issue caused by *********** bookmakers. What I must suppose to do now?
