SUPABETS.CO.ZA: CONSISTENT AND PERSISTENT PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM - RELENTLESS.

This is simply just a follow up and addition to the many negative reviews ive posted about SUPABETS.CO.ZA.

This company is the worst in its field of bookmaker websites that offer all sorts of sports betting as well as slots.

Despite the slots being so bad in terms of payouts ie: ive played weeks at at a time without any winning. besides this, their service is absolutely appalling in all areas but ill just update on two areas.

Its another month and guess what that's right , once again Supabets has failed to credit my monthly VIP bonus (a bonus received each month by VIP players as a sort of consolation kickback on their monthly losses) I am such a player, who plays daily and spends many thousands each month. My losses are heavy yet every single month the refuse to credit my account with this bonus and each month I battle to get it -mostly its a losing battle. I'm currently trying to discuss it with them , which brings me to my next complaint is that their live chat agents continually disconnect you from the live chat . At best you might get a n escalation to a department, but that escalation will inevitably go nowhere and there will be no resolve or feedback regarding it. But most of the time they just disconnect you. I have been cut off 8 times already in the last hour. I was told my bonus was credited but it has not been and I cannot get any service as they do not allow communication so IM left standing.

This company do not honor their advertised promotions they do not give stipulated bonuses instead you have to fight for them but this is made impossible as they deliberately cut off communication options leaving you holding your tail unable to do anything to get resolve. Even though you are a VIP player that loses thousands every month and have been for many years they still treat you like a dog and will NOT give bonuses that you have earned and WILL NOT communicate with you about it.

This standard resonates right through the company and the service matches lack of competence in all areas. Staff are unhelpful should you be lucky enough to manage to get through , so basically you give them your money which you lose consistently, persistently and in a sustained manner for months and months, and in return they treaty you like a dog by not giving back what they owe or advertise in terms of earned bonuses they advertise ,making it worse is that they don't talk to you to discuss the queries by cutting of all attempts to get through on live chat. Each month I post about this problem then they try phone me and then mysteriously they have my HP post removed . I cant understand how they get that right, but anyway they call and that's that, there is no change, no resolve and the same problem occurs the very next day, week and month.

I have taken extra care not to breach hello peter guidelines with this review so should this be removed it will be for no reason other than a sinister one.

People, as one already a victim of Supabets I urge you to not do business with Supabets.co.za. I personally have had problems of many kinds with almost every single interaction bet or any dealing with them, its a daily battle. Don't invest with this company it will guarantee a bad return , if any return at all, on your hard earned money. They really have no idea what they are doing which begs many questions as to the legitimacy of their intentions.. Barring hollywoodbets there are plenty other capable and competent companies to bet with.

Take this warning seriously it is 100% objective and it will save you time, a massive headache and plenty of money

AVOID SUPABETS.CO.ZA. Bet somewhere where competence is paramount
