supabets - WORST online casino/instant games, prepare to loose only with no assistance

i have been a client of supabets now for more than a year, spending thousands of rands. everytime i had a query, they never resolved it. the latest is a simple query of having problems accessing my bonus wallet history and ive been attempting to get assistance for almost a month now but they are refusing to assist. their online gaming seems to only spin with little to no payout and when you query, they simply dont respond with a really bad attitudes. the online chat staff will ignore you until you call them which is so inconvenient and they should just not have the online chat as it is the most unhelpfull feature of this site. i have advised them that i will be adding these comments on social media and Hello Peter with emails as proof but they only responded to say i will recieve a call shortly, that was a week ago. bottom line, if you want to play online and prepared to loose your money constanly with no assistance and like being ignored after all your money is taken, then this is the place for you. if not then stay away or find a more helpfull online platform. i have lost alot of money and the online gaming seems to be rigged for loosing only so be wary on the amount you spend because once you have lost they will simply ignore you totally.
