Supabets withdrawals disappointment

Hi I would strongly recommend staying away from supabets after weeks of paying our my withdrawals all of a sudden there is a problem with my bank account details (which was not a problem previously) my withdrawals keep getting declined after sending them my FICA documents which included my marriage certificate (because the issue was my surname on my account confirmation) and new and old ID they promised to fix it

I sent email after email spending hours on the phone with them trying to resolve the issue and till today it is not resolved I have a withdrawal for R45000 pending since 2 days ago which I reported and still no assistance

they did not have a problem taking my deposits but when the payout had to happen I am sitting with this issue I even emailed a screenshot of the withdrawal pending but no assistance

this is very poor customer service and I would recommend trying a different company because this is money I need but they refuse to pay it out to me I am very disappointed in the service provided to me
