Supabets withdrawals continuously being reversed

I have on numerous occasions this week made withdrawals from the funds available in my Supabets account, only to have each withdrawal cancelled every time I have done so. See transaction evidence attached. I have had numerous 'chats' through their WhatsApp support line, each time being promised that the issue would be resolved and that I should try again. I have spoken on the phone to a support team member who said they were investigating and then simply left me on the call without any further communication. I have also emailed their support team with my problem and it still remains unresolved. It appears that I will have to take this up with the relevant gambling regulatory board.
