Supabets withdrawal system sucks, the live chat is just useless, agents never respond. USELESS!!!

I've been trying to withdraw my money, I've been waiting from yesterday for my Standard Bank instant money voucher number and pin. Today I tried the online live chat system. I had a chat with over 5 agents and they never respond, there's nothing "live" about that system, the agents greet and they never respond. Supabets is just useless. It's easy to deposit money but when you want your money it's a nightmare.
