Supabets withdrawal issue

Good day

I did 3 x withdrawals two nights ago using the Instant Money option, however I have only received 2 x Voucher Numbers from SB. The withdrawal details are below:

*R**** with ref SB-7152 - Instant Money Ref 26***75 *R**** with ref SB-7105 - Instant Money Ref 26***74 *R**** with ref SB-6875 - Instant Money Ref 26***69

I have with drawn 2 x Vouchers from Standard Bank:

*Voucher Number 36_****_**48 - Withdrawn R**** @ 09:29 today at Autobank 0284 *Voucher Number 12_****_**88 - Withdrawn R**** @ 09:28 today at Autobank 0284

I never received the 3rd and final Voucher and Pin sms.

I have spoken to Supabets, who reffered me to Standard Bank. Standard Bank even had a conference call with Supabets to try and resolve the issue. Eventually I was told that they have managed to complete and authorise the transaction yesterday afternoon around 16:30, nd I will receive my Instant Money Voucher and Pin shortly. Well guess what, still no Voucher.
