Supabets withdrawal

I made a withdrawal at 6:23am 20 January. I received my approval sms at 7:29am 20 January. I am still waiting for the funds to be paid. Made anprevious withdrawal and that went well. But I'm not sure if this is because it's a bigger amount. I have chatted to a few agents and nobody can tell me how long the process takes. I am told that it was sent to the relevant department and I should be patient. Before I can ask anyrhingnfurther, the agent closes the call. Very bad customer service
