Supabets very poor customer service!!!!
They have the worst but worst customer service all the channels to communicate for customer support yet nobody can assist , tried calling , tried whatsapp tried emailing …. All you get on email is they have forward to relavent department whattsapp you are lucky if they reply after 2 hours then they ask the same questions name acc name and then dont reapond , calling i suppose they too busy on lunch!!!! Thier online chat is always out of service …..have no idea how a company can advertise on RADIO with such POOR SERVICE !!!!!! Please be in mind this is not my first , second nor third time i have struggled , the service sucks !!!!!!
