Supabets took my hard earned money!!!

I placed a R50 stake on both of these bets so I'm suppose to get R550 and R700.The question that were posed was "which team will win the rest of the match and I predicted it right the home team won the rest of the match so why wasnt I paid what I was due this is unacceptable this is ***** taking my money!!!!I demand my money that I won or else will escalate as far as your CEO.My cell no is ***.I've spoken to an nightshift agent by the name of Thulani who said according to your t's & c's once you've placed a live bet then the score starts from 0-0,I need to be credited the R700 and R550 because I wasn't aware of this also because your t's &c's do not say the home or away team needs to score after you've placed your live bet in order for you to win the bet!!!I demand that I get the money that I've won.
