Supabets their payments system is not secure as they say

Here is proof that supabets payment system is not secure. I made 2 deposits one of R200 and one of R400. I started playing and the game gave me a error game closing message. I switched my phone off and on and when i logged in again i had a zero balance. Now if you go and check the transactions on my acc they have nothing no info after 8 am. It doesnt show the deposits nor that i played. They have no records of the payments done how is this possible. I have the proof of payments that went through. Yet i dont have a balance. This should be a warning to others the payment system is not secure as they portray everywhere. I have also forwarded my complain to the NGB as supabets dont know what happend
