Supabets - Terrible Service

I simply need to inform everyone with the Horrible Service offered by Supabets. I withdrew R100.00 for the first time from my Supabets online account using the link they have on their website which is SB InstantMoney Withdrawal. The withdrawal date is 10/10/2019 17:11:25 and they promised 24Hours turnaround time. My problem here is that I haven’t received the Standard Bank Instant Money Voucher and the PIN number that they promised to send to my cell number within 24HRS from the withdrawal date and time stamp. I have made calls to their support center and wrote emails - the only respond I have is that they have escalated this matter to the relevant department. I am still waiting for them and counting hours… I don't know if Supabets are ******** or they suck when it comes to paying what is due to their online customers.
