Supabets technical error. Payouts on hold.

I am frustrated and concerned with the current withdraw status of Supabets like many others I have made a cash out on Saturday and the request was canceled and credited back to Supabets. There has been no official statement made out to users or any other substantial update or reason apart from a technical error. Understandably users must respect the investigation period however a clear communication should be put out there and give there users some sense of peace of mind or acknowledgement on their commitment to resolve the issue or they just ultimately going to make alot of hard work for their legal department.
