Supabets taking money rightfully won

I received a bonus on the 2nd of April which according to the T&Cs of the bonus had to be used by the 3rd of April. This bonus was for Sports events. In particular soccer. I placed the bet immediately of R1000. I won. But it showed I was unable to redeem the bonus. I phone on the morning of the 3rd and was advsied the bonus was only on 33 percent (I won R3050). I then proceeded to bet the rest of the bonus of games for the 8th and 10th of April. Even though I used the bonus on the 3rd and that was never transferable, Supabets refuses to give me my winnings. This is ridiculous. Especially for sports betting. Supabets is deceiteful and their support is awful. So many times during Whatsapp support, even if I reply within the minute they close the chat in the middle of the conversation. Really discourage anyone that wants to use Supabets.
